What Causes Diarrhea Along With Pain In Intestine?

Hi there. I woke up this morning with diarrea, a lot of pain in my intestins, feeling a little num and after a few hours the numness was gone but my body was hurting me. I am thinking that it could be the flies that felt in my cup of juice yesterday afternoon. I ve noticed them in there after i took a sip of my juice. Do you think that s the reason i got sick or is it something else?

Yes ,it could be the cause.
I would like to advise:-

> Take lots of fluids( water, juices)
> Take Metronidazole thrice a day for 5 days
> Take Zinc supplement once a day for 10 days
> Take ecobion sachets once a day
>Take antispasmodic for pain.
>Take semisolid foods.
