What Causes Diarrhea And Lump Under The Skin On The Stomach?

i havent felt good for about 3 days, im not feeling any better... flu like symptons... and this morning, i woke up dizzy, more noticeable when i tried 2 lay back down, i noticed it trying 2 look at the guide for channels on the television, i was so dizzy, i couldnt read the words, and i went too bed at 7;30 pm, and didnt wake up til 8, am this morning. i feel very tired, and for a while now, my right ear has been waking me up in the middle of the night, itching profusely.. last week i had diarrhea, which went away, and for a couple of days i felt better, now i have this. it seems like this started when i eat meat loaf for supper the other night, it upset my stomache real bad... i have started noticing a lump like a marble under the skin on my stomache, and on my back, which i have lumps all over, for years, any way... and i keep getting occasional like shock waves going thru me, and i get those when im sick any way. i am not 1, too get sick, so of course i am scaring myself too death, maybe you have some answers, after googling a few things, ive got myself convinced that i have anything from parasitic infestation, too decums disease...wow
