What Causes Diarrhea And Nausea After Eating A Meal?

I have an upset stomach when I wake. I have no interest in eating. I take one bit of yogurt or anything else and I feel nauseated. Im hungry for lunch, take one bite and then I dont feel like eating. This has been going on for years. Im not stressed out more than any other 24 year old. My Mom has diverinticulitis and so does her Mom and her siblings. I dont know what to do.
