Noted the history of having really bad diarrhea while feeling real nausea but didn t throw up and started feeling numb in my hands and feet and lips and dizzy like gonna pass out but didn t. Then started sweating real bad then that stopped and i got chills and started shaking real bad what could this be? The history is classical of gastroenteritis causing electrolyte imbalance and septicemia as indicated by chills and sweating. If there is no fever this is gram negative and is more dangerous as the symptoms are not very strong to tell the seriousness of the problems. Hence I would advise you the following: Send the sample of stool and blood for culture and sensitivity and the routine investigations of both and the urine. Go to ER or a hospital and be under observation intravenous fluids and antibiotics including the coverage for gram negative bacteria.
