What Causes Diarrhea And Orange Color Urine?

Hi,
I am in Korea right now but I normally live in NJ USA. I have had diarrhea for over a week now and it is starting to scare me. It is usually about 2 or 3 times a day, I am finding it very hard to eat anything and drinking is becoming harder too. My pee is orange now instead or yellow or clear and I am light headed sometimes and feel like I may pass out. I don't speak Korean and I am not sure what to do. I went to a pharmacy and they gave me smecta and it worked for about 30 hours but now I am sick again. I fly home Tuesday but I am so scared. Please help.
