What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Pain?

Iv had diarrhoea on and off for the past few days. There is no correlation between when I eat etc as some days I get it at night and some days it is in the morning. I don't feel I'll, I just suddenly get a really store stomach then it starts. I have been peeing a lot more too and today I feel a lot more tired than usual. Any idea what it could be? I haven't altered my diet in any way.
