Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your symtoms suggestive of gastroenteritis like infective etiology. Because of vomiting and diarrhea fluid and electrolyte lost. So by electrolyte loss cramps can occur. To prevent this I suggest you to take Vital Z like electrolyte and zinc containing powder with water to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance. Stool routine micro examination and occult blood test is advisable for further work up.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
