What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting Along With Fever?

GIRL AGE 4 HAD DIARRHEA, AND VOMITING FOLLOWING SWIMMING LESSON IN PUBLIC POOL. SHE IS 4 DAYS LATER AND NOW HAS SWOLLEN LIPS, A FEVER, AND PINK CIRCULAR MARKS OVER HER ABDOMINAL AREA. THESE ARE JUST CIRCULAR WITH NO SCALING INSIDE. SHE IS HAPPY BUT WANTS TO LAY DOWN. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS SOMETHING SHE PICKED UP AT THE SWIMMING POOL.
