What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting With Headaches?

I went into the e.r. two days ago cuz i could not stop puking n have dirrahea they only gave me neasia meds through a iv n 1 bag of fluids than sent me home but i still was puking n pooping none stop have been since n my poop is a pail yellow n i was having left n right side pain n back pain wit a massive headache n feeling weak wit a fast heart rate what should i do and what could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea could be due to bacterial infection and it has to be treated in proper manner you ought to be remained in hospital till complete the course of disease.
Looking to the symptoms given here I could say that you must need antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and others, here the dehydration is matter of concern, some may need IV fluid just a temporary treatment is not enough for cure the disease.
If no vomiting is there then such case can be managed with Tab Ciprofloxacin with Tinidazole twice in a day for five days, if no complication is there, fever headache can be managed with Acetaminophen, now you can talk to doctor of this.
