What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting?
I am a 20 year old female. Two nights ago I had a terrible chest cough, that had no sputum. I woke up the next morning with a fever of 102.6 and have been taking tylenol religiously. I did not eat at all yesterday, but I drank about 3 liters of water and nyquil before bed. Today I continued to have a fever, I had diarrhea this morning, and this evening I had flaky loose diarrhea that was green in colour. I tried to eat some bread after that and I've been vomiting violently ever since. I assume this is just a flu, but I am a bit worried.

You may be suffering from stomach flu. Other possibilities like food poisoning or bacillary dysentery. Avoid spicy food take ORS liquid as much as possible. Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
