What Causes Diarrhea, Cold Sweats And Vomiting?

I was in the Emergency room last night from 12:30 am till 5 am. Acute abdominable pain. Just off the sternum to the right and all the way around. When they ran lab work it all came back normal. I get these pain episodes about 4 to 5 times a year. Vomiting, diareaha, cold sweats, hot sweats, chest pains etc. I ve never had one last this long. Normally they run about 2 to 3 hrs and the pain goes away. Could it be pancreatitis or galblader attacks with normal white counts etc? And if so, how long until something ruptures? My family has a history of ruptured galblader emergency surgeries.

Thank for choosing HCM, the given history could be suggestive of acid peptic disease (Hyperacidity) and it may be associate with dyspepsia, try to avoid the heavy meal, coffee, alcohol, spicy food, prior to bed, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time and it needs to be taken for six weeks hope this information helps.
