What Causes Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

I am 36 yrs old. 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I have had diarrhea 4 mornings in a row now. I take my prenatal vitamin at night before I go to bed and don't always eat before I do. Could this be why I have had diarrhea? I have to take my vitamin at night because I get sick if I take it any other time of day.

hi,i assume you are taking folic acid.and folic acid doesnt cause diarrhea.just take sporolac sachet twice a day for 3 days.continue to take folic acid at the same time and dont worry all the best.take care.
