What Causes Diarrhea, Fever And Constipation?

I have had severe rectal pain for days, like, really bad. I can barely sit, hurts to walk, hurts to sit down and stand up. I ve had rectal bleeding before, but not right now. I ve also struggled with IBS symptoms before, but my stomach is fine right now. I ve had some intermittent pain on the left side of my abdomen over the last 2-3 weeks, but it s not super painful. Just a little annoying at times. I had a virus a couple of weeks back, a 48 hour virus, diarrhea, fever, nausea, etc. After that, I had some constipation and bad gas. That was about a week ago. I m in a lot of pain right now and quite nauseous. Should I go to ER?
