What Causes Diarrhea Immediately After Taking Food?

Hello. I am a 19 yr old female. For the past month, I have had little to no appetite , and when I do eat I have diarrhea immediately afterwards. I sometimes notice red blood on my stool and in the water but not always. Some medical history, I have had my gallbladder removed a year ago, and am currently on a few medications: Lamictol, Abilify, Concerta , and Strattera . I have lost approximently twenty pounds in the last month ( though that may possibly from the concerta). I would just like to be able to enjoy a meal without becoming sick afterwards.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms of diarrhea and loss of appetite could be due to some infection and it could be protozoa infection such case can be managed with single dose therapy of anti-protozoa and the best drug would be Tab Sacnidazole 1 g single dose, such symptoms could be self limiting and you can wait for that else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
