What Causes Diarrhea, Pain In Pancreas Area And Chest Burn?

Been sick for a very long period. This is my symptoms:
1. Diarrea 8 times a day
2. Unbelievable tiredness
3. Area of the pancreas is permanently in pain
4. Pain starts at the front pancreas area and then goes right to the back
5. Constant burn in stumock , Altosec doesnt help any more
6.Pancreas and stumack in pain at the same time
7. Chest burns all the way up into the throat.
Any possible giagnosis on this?

* Possible differential diagnosis include

- inflammatory bowel disease - duodenitis with or without ulcer
- pancreas disorders as pancreatitis , pseudopancreatic cyst or others
- biliary tree pathologies - gastritis with or without ulcer - liver
issues - others .

* Needs clinical work up with basic lab tests , ultrasound examination and
if required CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis .
