What Causes Diarrhea, Pain, Lightheadedness And Cold Sweats After Eating?

I m having a lot of attacks of diarrhea, pain, lightheadedness, and cold sweats about 3 hours after I eat... after every meal. This has been going on for over a year now and I m starting to really worry. I ve been tested for IBS, Celiac, and a myriad of other GI issues, but nothing comes back positive. Any suggestions?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of having diarrhea, pain, light headedness 3 hours after eating going on for a year now. Tested for IBS, Celiac and myriad of other GI issues, came out negative.
The probable reason is still not found hence I would advise yo the following:
Enteroclysis.
Contrast enhance CT scan of the abdomen and more importantly the Arteriography of the intestines.
It is possibly the inadequacy of the bowel circulation or some sub-acute obstruction that can cause such symptoms.
Sometimes a diagnostic laparoscopy helps a lot.
Getting the reason is very important. Then only a definitive treatment can be done.
