What Causes Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Shivering And Nausea?
Hello. I've suddenly started getting a stomach pain and lots of diarrhea and I'm shivering uncontrollably also with some nausea and I pretty much can't even stand the smell of any food! It just makes me very nauseous and makes me want to vomit. Any tips? x - A

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms of upset stomach diarrhea could be the sign of some abdomen or intestinal infection some time it may be hepatitis and condition may needs differentiation and for that you will have to get done the imaging studies and routine blood test with liver enzymes tests, till then you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Domperidone as per needed hope this information helps.
