What Causes Diarrhea While On Atorvastatin And Isosorbide Mononitrate?

I currently take these meds, aspirin 81mg atorvastatin 80mg isosorbide monotrate 30mg metoprolol tartrate 25mg prasugrel 10mg daily as directed, my question is why no matter what I eat or drink my stomach makes noise and it seems like I have constant diarrhea. why?
