What Causes Difficulty In Bowel Movement And Blood From Anus?

Hi. I am 30 yrs old female with a history of IBS. I have been working out and eating healthy for about 2 months now and lately I have still been GAINING weight. (in 2 days I gained 3 lbs?) I think it is mostly due to bloating as I feel continous cramps and uncomfortable in my belly area. I have trouble having a bowel movement and today there was blood from anus but nothing coming out. Please advise?
