What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Tiredness After Eating Food?

HI Doc, I need some advise. I experienced breathless recently and lead to hyperventilation which i tot was a heart attack. But the doctor who has seen said it's due to gastrict? Is this possible? And each time after food i feel even more difficult in breathing and am feeling tired and sleepy...can you help?

Difficulty in breathing after food is likely due to many causes.. commonest being the quantity of food consumed.. gastritis can also cause chest discomfort that may lead to perception of breathing difficulty.. other causes may be due to malplaced stomach and lower esophageal sphincter which requires further evaluation..
