What Causes Difficulty In Breathing For A Child?

My 4.5 months old is having difficulty breathing, it is the first time .. there as not been any issues since she is born .. seems like a congestion .. intermittent breathing .. issue occurred maybe 10 mins after wife fed her ... it is middle of night where she normally sleeps..

Presence of breathing difficulty during feeding, possibility of Congenital heart disease is to be considered.
I would suggest a thorough evaluation from Paediatrician/Paediatric Cardiologist for further assessment by 2D Echocardiography.
