What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Post Trauma?

I fell and landed on my back from 30 feet. Now it feels like I can t catch my breath and it sounds like there s liquid or something when I breath. I can t explain it. What could it be and what should I do?! I d rather not go to the doctor if I don t absolutely have to.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
You need to have a Chest Xray to ruled out Pneumothorax.
Otherwise it is mostly due to pain that you face these problems in breathing. Take analgesics like Naproxen.
Hope it helps best.
