Hello,

The given history could be suggestive of constipation, do exert the force at the time of defecation but just sit there in ease no matter if you do not pass the stool. Do not worry, if you do not pass the stool for couple days.

Have lots of fiber containing diet, drink plenty of water, do not eat fat containing diet, keep the regular habit of going for defecation.

The possibility of infection is very likely, so on tentative basis condition can be managed with tablet Metronidazole twice a day for five days and for stool softening, Isabgol can be tried, and else it is nothing to worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
