What Causes Difficulty In Emptying Bowel Movement And Urge For Urination?

My daughter has been experiencing an inability to empty her bladder completely along with having a bowel movement every time she goes to the bathroom to urinate. The bowel movements are soft, not runny or hard. She says she doesn't even feel the urge to have a bowel movement but has one anyway.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is difficult to say that it is being incomplete voiding or the defecation if patient does not have any symptoms, it could be just your idea that the child is not passing the proper urine or stool, and you want to clear the doubt then it is the tests are that needs to be done, but in my opinion it is not necessary because child is doing well then why to worry about this but you have to just take this easy, it is not the case as you are thinking. hope this information helps.
