Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

I believe you should take your father immediately to an EMERGENCY DEPT of a hospital. He will need a neurological examination and likely requires additional nursing care and working aside from a CT scan of the head.

He should get an MRI and MRA to look for stroke. If he's had an aneurysmal bleed then, his status needs to be closely monitored in an ICU to be sure he doesn't require emergency NEUROSURGERY.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
