What Causes Difficulty In Losing Weight After Being Treated For Hypothyroidism?
hi, i have a very underactive thyroid, and i take eltroxin, im also finding it very difficult to lose weight, especially around my tummy.. i train in the gym 3-4 times a week.. i was going to take CLA but wondered if it is compatible with my eltroxin thanks mairead
hi, I understand your concern and really appreciate the effort you are putting in to stay fit. firstly, CLA has no know interactions with eltoxin. secondly, loosing weight is some time very challenging, but I'm confident you are on the right path. Try to modify your diet as well, eat more fresh leafy vegetables and fruits and less food with high carbs and fats. Moreover, I would like to suggest to have your regular Thyroid function tests done just to make sure you are not under treated. Follow strict diet plan, consult dietician, try to break your meals in parts and continue your exercise. Keep moving forward, I' sure you will get results.
I hope I have answered your question. You can always f/u and tell about your progress. I'll be glad to guide you in every step
