What Causes Tiredness,sleepy And Depression?

Hi, I am 48 years old female with treated hypothyroidism,( one thyroxine per day) and no other problems. Its near one month that I feel always tired, sleepy and somehow depressed without any eagerness towards tomorrow . I do not know why and what to do ?

I think, you have hypothyroid induced depression. In that case, better to maintain thyroid profile in normal range. That would help to overcome this symptoms. In case, depressive symptoms stay, then you can try some antidepressant. Better to consult your physician about the treatment. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
