What Causes Difficulty In Losing Weight Of A Person With Low Platelet Count?
Trouble losing weight,I m a 37 year old female and excersise frequently,my diets great and healthy,recently learned my Doctor wants to do a hysterectomy for complications monthly and my platelets levels are very low ,can that cause me from losing weight?

Low platelets and weight gain are not very related. The only explanation that would relate these two would be if you are using steroids to help with the platelet count as steroids do cause weight gain.
I would advise you to check your thyroid level to make sure your thyroid is working well. TSH is the blood test to check the thyroid function.
