General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seem that this problem might be due to degenerative changes in the joints and bones.
There might be having osteoporosis and osteomalcia as well.
Give her Calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Try for slow walking daily.
Ok and take care.
