What Causes Difficulty In Urinating During Chronic Diarrhea?

I am prescribed panine 2.5 mg for chronic diaharrea and had little results. dr incereased dosage to 5 mg and symtons lessened. stil diharrea but less often. suddeny i find it very difficult to urinate is this from the pamine or should i see a urologist?

It is most likely a side effect of Pamine. It is not necessary to see a urologist, but you should try other medications for diarrhea. First of all, it seems relevant to test you for chronic gut infections, inflammatory bowel disease, or malabsorption. This should be handled by a gastroenterologist.
