34 year old male, for the past 8 to 10 months after sex i need to pee I sit there and sit there and can not pee, I try to "push" it out still nothing, after 15 min. or so a tiny stream comes and it burns and hurts terrible. This only happens after sex and it is getting worse. I do have to get up a few times in the night to pee

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The difficulty in urination after intercourse is due to the mixing of contents of seminal vesicles or prostate secretions into urine due to various reasons, infection is one of the commonest cause.

I would recommend undertaking prescription of urine microscopy, semen analysis with ultrasound examination for KUB and prostate gland so that one can figure out the underlying issue and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
