Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The difficulty in urination after taking anxiety medicine is due to side effect of the medicine with alteration in urine pH or else. I recommend to drink more liquids at present and later if problem persist, call your physician for further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
