What Causes Difficulty In Urination Along With Abdominal Pain?

I cant poop and if i try too if hurts so much i can only get a little out. im worried because its never happened to me. i have pain in my lower abdomen. Finally, my stomach is growling like if im hungry even after i ate something. im wondering what is it that i have?
