What Causes Difficulty In Urination And Lower Back Pain?
My 16-year-old son is unable to urinate since yesterday morning. He has the urge to go, but is unable to. Also, yesterday he was vomiting. He tells me he has no pain in his lower back or his abdomen. Should I bring him to ER or have him see his doctor today?
This seems most possibly calculus in the urinary system. I recommend undertaking an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with urine microscopy for best management guidelines.
