What Causes Difficulty In Urination And Pain In Testicles?

I am a 27 yr old white male, weigh 177 lbs, have allergies and asthma and I have been having pain in my right testicle area and in my testicles and penis in general since the first of 2011 I have also been having trouble urinating (weak stream, feeling like needing to go, pain at end of urination in right testicle and two separate streams) I was given pain medicine and several rounds of antibiotics by my general practitioner for a possible prostate infection. I have had an ultrasound which showed some possible microlithiasis in my left testicle. I was told by one urologist to just keep taking pain and report any changes. I went to another urologist for a second opinion and he did an x-ray in the office and sent me for a CT. Nothing was seen except for some non-specific swelling of the lymph nodes of the mysentery of the bowel. I went back to my 2nd opinion urologist and he said that we have pretty much done everything and said that he would refer me to the pain clinic. I am really at a loss. I do not know what I should do.
