What Causes Difficulty Passing Urine?

Have had difficulty passing urine for 1 week, been to Dr.aid I had urinary track infection, have been back 3 times now on third antibiodic amox tr- 125 mg ta, been on it for about 36 hours drank bout 30 ou7ces of water today so far, passed maybe 8 ounces. Feel like have to go several times but cant do much more than dribgble some times.

Thank you for asking HCM
Your problem is most likely Urinary tract infection with urethritis or cystitis. For my patient i advise to take sodium citrate with water. I also recommend them to take barley water or cranberry juice for alkalanising urine. Antibiotics i give them after culture and sensitivity if no improvement. I also give flavoxate tablets for symptomatic relief.
