Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Reduced esophageal activity and weak gastro-esophageal sphincter.
2. Semi-solid food would be better.
3. Also additionally, anti-emetic like domperidone will avoid any food from coming back as it tightens the gastro-esophageal sphincter.
4. As the endoscopic findings are normal, counseling and multiple small feeds maybe helpful. Avoid giving large meals in a small time.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
