What Causes Diluted Urine?

I have to submit urine samples often. I was told that many came back deluted. It is really upseting me because I am not tring to hide anything and now Im being accused of intentionally deluting my test. Please tell me what I need to do to prvent this from happening again. Could I have some kind of medical problem causing this? Thank You and please help!

Hello,

The dilute urine can give false result in some drug testing.

So if you are submitting urine for medical fitness purpose than try to give an early morning urine sample.

The early morning urine is always concentrated. If not than diabetes insipidus has to be ruled out.
