What Causes Discharge Of Clear Smelly Liquid From Anus?

I have a clear smelly liquid that comes out of my anus at random times during the day, I have to go to the toilet but sometimes I can t and it gets itchy, if I was to rub it with my underwear it would smell out the whole room. I am a virgin and a teenager. The liquid kind of smells fishy and of faeces and can sometimes be brown after I do a poo. Thankyou

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your having the problem of smelling brown discharge most probably from anal area. Also noted that you are a teenager and virgin.
There is actually no reason for you to leak anything from the anus as there is no cause that I can get from your history.
\AT your age actually due to changing hormonal status there may be more sweating and the sweat glands at the anus are different.
Secondly one gets secondary saprophytic infection in the perineal area.
I would advise you the following:
Have shower the area twice a day.
Use loose clothes.
Apply liquid Povidone iodine twice daily to keep the area sterile.
If required, consult a Gynecologist or a General Surgeon to actually examine the area and see the actual problems if any.
A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole in low dosages helps in many a cases.
