What Causes Discolouration Of The Menstrual Blood?

For the past month I ve had absolutely no appetite, I exercise regularly and still eat enough to stay healthly. My stomach will bloat if I even eat a single strawberry, which isn t normal for me. I also have discolouration in my mensteral fluid (dark brown to black). I am just worried if this is a sign of something severe. Thanks

this is not a big problem , this discoloration of menstrual blood because of any abnormalities in uterus .
you have to go for a scan to rule out this ab normality and take proper medicine for same accordingly to report.
