What Causes Discomfort And Pressure During Urination?
So today I went to the toilet earlier and o realised something strange. Ive had a bit of discomfort for the past few days when passing urine. Ive had alot of pressure too. It also ferls like I need to pee alot!! So I went to the loo as usual and (sorry to be crude) I was a little itchy down there so I scratched it alittle with some tissue and I nnoticed blood so I felt and the hole feels swollen and theres a fleshy string like thing hanging out of the hole. Its never been there before ive been sexualy active for 6 years so im just wondering am I olkay?

My opinion-
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Urethritis with Retention of Urine with Vaginitis at Vaginal Opening.
The discomfort felt lately,with string like hanging thing, with itching in and around urethra, all indicates Urethritis, which needs UA(urinalysis) and Gynec Check to assess the gravity of it, before it is treated properly.
Treatment with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs, with plenty of fluids with alkalisation of Urine with Citalka , would be needed to correct it over 2 weeks time.The urethral swelling would resolve in 1 weeks time.
You should have regular checks at birthdays from Gyenc doctor, to rule out hidden Gynec health issues in your case.
Rule out other causes,before concluding treatment on above lines.
