What Causes Discomfort At Rest In Lower Hip?

I'm 40 years old 5'7" 180 lbs. No medical problems. The last couple of months especially during adrenaline rushes my right gluteus and front thigh feel like they're not getting good circulation. After the rush my leg feels almost normal. Some discomfort at rest in lower hip area.
