What Causes Discomfort Feeling And Irritation In Prostate Area?

hi, my age is 26 years old, i feel uncomfortable in my prostate area kind of irritation, a year ago i checked by urologist he said you have a infection/inflammation in your prostate, and he gave me ciproflaxin for a month, it worked for a week then it come backs again and i still have a same feeling, it doesn t hold a semen even for a few a minute longer when I m masturbating, and at night i get noctural emission too frequently. is there a permanent cure, please let me know

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think you have chronic prostatitis or enlargement of prostate.
Other cause: Cystitis or urinary tract infections.

For diagnosis please consult the urologist and get the proper lab test like
Urine: routine, microscopic and culture
CBC, ESR, PSA, Hormonal assay.
USG of lower abdomen
Rectal examination
Prostate fluid testing
Endoscopy of prostate

Advice are as below:
Long course of antibiotics: cefuroxime or amoxiclav
Pain killer: ibuprufen/paracetamol
Laxative to reduce pressure during defecation
Tamsulosine: for relaxation of prostatic muscle
Counselling and stress management
Repeat the test after completion of treatment
Take healthy diet with viatmin supplements
