What Causes Discomfort In Bowel Movement?

For the past 3-4 days now I have had a feeling of I would describe as constipated diorreah where only a tiny bit comes out (not bloody just tiny bits) and that happens around every 2 hours or so. (Also I have bad abdominal/intestinal cramps when this happens) as I side note it turns out to be quite gassy while trying to go. And (if its of any other help I had some bad chicken around 4-5 weeks ago which caused stomach pain but that left after a couple days) (Also if it helps to narrow it down I am a adult male What is it and what should I do?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of passing of small bits of stool every 2 hours along with intestinal cramps, feeling gassy, noisy it seems, has chicken 4-5 weeks ago.

My thoughts.
Since you had chicken a long time ago, this is most probably not related to the present problems.
The present problem looks to be associated with severe colitis and hence I would advise you the following:
First of all get the stool checked along with urine and blood, particularly for typhoid.
Get an appropriate antibiotic and metronidazole treatment so that the infection is controlled.
If there is no complete relief then further tests of colonoscopy and CT scan may be needed to find further the possible causes and get treatment accordingly.
