What Causes Discomfort In Rib Cage With Frequent Urination?

have discomfort just under my left rib cage when I need to urinate which has been more frequent. If I do not go to the bathroom right then the discomfort starts. No fever etc, no burning with urination, no blood, odor or discoloration. Have felt tired and sluggish. Did have a UTI about 8 months ago and did take all the antibiotics as precribed. What do think?
