Hi, I'm suffering from discomfort in the bladder, went to gyno, upon examination there was pain, a urine culture was done, showed negative for infections or bacteria, however blood was found in urine.. I'm going to see a urologist but freaking out a bit

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.blood in urine can be due to either infction or stone or if old age can be due malignancy..but in malignacy other features also need to be there like painless blood in urine weight loss n old age..if u are not having bacteria then it is most likely stone which can cause this n it can easily be treated ..I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask.
