What Causes Discomfort In The Stomach Along With Diarrhea?

I have been feeling kind of sick lately. For the past three or four days I have had an upset stomach and feeling kinda sea sick. Today, my stomach has felt like it was cramping all day. My stomach has been sore. My boyfriend and I had protected sex about a month ago and a few more times since. But it was a few days before my last period. I m due to start in about a week or so. Should I be concerned?

Hi,

An upset stomach could be due to dyspepsia, or it can be a viral fever in both of this condition just have bed rest, have light diet, or liquid diet, drink plenty of water if the cramping persists so it can be managed with Tab. Acetaminophen.

If the pregnancy is doubtful then it is less likely, and it can be ruled out with the help of ultrasonography other tests of pregnancy could show the false positive results.
