Hello,

Red spots on the face, fever and loose motions for last two days indicates that your child is suffering from viral infection.

Please see if it is associated fever or not. Your child needs evaluation by a doctor. Please visit the nearest emergency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
