What Causes Distended Abdomen With Frequent Urination?

My lower abdomen dis tends and I have to urinate with urgency often, even when I am sleeping. I rarely drink soda but I drink 2-4 cups of coffee per day. The color and odor changes throughout the day back and forth between very dark (almost brown) to clear with bubbles. I was advised by my doctor that it was dehydration and to drink more water. This only makes me need to go more and does not improve the bloating and urgency.

Well your concern is understandable.
Abdominal distension is usually caused by gas formation. Exercise regularly.
Urgency, color discoloration and odour, needs an urine routine and culture test, blood sugar, kidney function test and an ultrasound scan of the abdomen. Maintain drinking 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
