Hi,

Thanks for posting the query,

A distended gall bladder is a medical condition caused by acute cholecystitis, this happens when there is a stone obstruction in the gall bladder neck or cystic duct.
Fever, nausea, vomitting, jaundice and different coloured stools also result from acute cholecystitis.

Take care!
